WHAT IS A COACHING SESSION LOOK LIKE?
I tailor the coaching based on the client’s needs and wants. You are always in charge of what you want to work on. Each session takes place during a workout. We begin with a progress report on your goals while warming up. Then you’ll discuss faith-based topics/question, troubleshoot diet setbacks, generate options for future obstacles, and develop a set of action steps you want to take before the next appointment. All this in between sets in the comfort of your home or local gym.
WHAT IS THE INVESTMENT?
Like anything that will make you better – you’re going to have to INVEST; time, energy and money (obviously). The specifics of each will differ person to person.
This coaching program is month to month. You’ll be asked to invest anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours a day (big dependable variable here). At the very least, can you invest time into yourself each week in order to become a better healthy holier you?
